Matriarch of the Amata
Family dies
The mother of Zack, Fred, Ruke, and
grandmother of Jeta, all from the Amata acting
dynasty, has passed away. Mrs Joy Amata died
September 12, 2011 at the age of 81.
Their late father was one of the pioneers of film-
making in Nigeria.
